Interview
For a fresher ,interview of capgemini is quite easy.The recruitment process was as, First round included an online aptitude test contains 32 questions (16 quant +16 logical)for 45 minutes, essay writing for half an hour(200-250 words).First round was an elimination round.then Second round was again online mcqs test based on C codes,time complexities,data structure ,In which two sections were involved for 30 minutes ,this was again an elimination round.
Thirds was a technical & last HR.

Interview
The interview was conducted on the Superset platform with a recruiter or technical interviewer. The questions are generally basic to intermediate, especially for freshers.Preparing basic aptitude, programming fundamentals, SQL, OOP, and your project explanation will cover a large portion of typical interview rounds.
It was a detailed 3 round process. Written, technical and HR. Covered a lot of things from SQL , Python, C++ to general behavioural questions. Had a general conversation with them as well. The HRs in general were good to talk to.
