I applied through other source. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Nov 2021
Interview
I was given a slot on Wednesday 11 Am. There was no response in call or email. Later I am informed that interview is rescheduled to next day. Thursday, I wait and again no response. Later informed by HR that it will happen on Saturday. I get ready 15 minutes before the start time. After 2 hours of wait, I get a call , interviewer picks someone else’s profile and starts questions. He realise it’s not my profile and then takes my profile and simply says you were working in a different industry not BA. This ends my interview of 2 hrs of wait with 2 minutes without even asking a single question regarding the role.

I obtained this opportunity through my university’s on-campus recruitment process. The selection process included two rounds of interviews. After the first interview, I participated in a panel discussion where I was evaluated on my knowledge of SQL, data structures and algorithms (DSA), and Excel. Following the successful completion of all assessment stages, I received an offer from the company.
