Interview
-Initial communication happens on mail and verbally.
-They fix up a telephonic interview with the first panel , where you are screened for your core skills that you are coming in for.
-There could be multiple rounds of telephonic interview with another panel and management.
-Face to face , 1.1 interview follows.
-Background check , documentation check.
-Background check continuous even after you have joined .
- Offer release and your are in the organisation on a band .
