Capgemini Lead Software Engineer interview questions

First I got a call from a consulting firm about the timing and venue for the interview. Then when I reached the venue on time, I was told that the drive was only for women. Then I was asked to go to some different place for java interview which required some different skillsets. Similar thing happened with me 2 times earlier. Never ever recommend Capgemini for a job. If they behave like this during an interview, God knows how they behave once a person is an employee!! RIP Capgemini.

The interview process includes 2 Technical rounds and 1 HR round. First interview was regarding basic knowledge then screening towards your current project experience.Second was more on technical knowledge and domain expertise.In Second interview there was a real time based scenario to solve.Finally some Unit Testing and project life cycle experience.
