Capital One Data Engineer interview questions

i got a call from recruiting team and asked about my previous experience and scheduled an screening call , but they told there is no sponsorship, so they asked me to apply for other roles

The interview process is three parts, the first was a phone call and the recruiter sent me the codesignal exam before the call had even ended. Im fairly good at what I do so I was confident based on my experience and abilities as a data engineer. It was my first codesignal exam, i did prepare but the four questions had NOTHING to do with what a data engineer actually does. There was one about appending values to a list based on different random conditions that the current array had met. Another one was similar to candy crush. I wasn’t able to finish it in the 1 hr and 10 mins that was given. I saw plenty of review about how horrible the codesignal exam was and it really was. Was a horrible experience.
