Interview
Applied through college recruiting website after meeting representatives in an information session. First interview was around 30 minutes on campus, and was a standard fit information/small case interview. Received an invitation to take an online quantitative test within a week. After completing the test, was invited to McLean for a power day, which consisted of a headquarters tour, lunch with young professionals, and 4 back-to-back ~45 minute interviews that were very similar to the initial interview (fit questions followed by numbers-heavy cases). Everyone was extremely welcoming, approachable, and friendly. Overall, they really put effort into letting you see if the company is a good fit for you.

Case problem about maximizing revenue for a ferry by rescheduling it's trips from one place to another based on prices, traffic patterns, and demand.
1 online assessment followed by Power Day with 1 product and 2 cases. Power Day was quite tricky with concepts being combined and tested in different forms. Staying calm and taking in every word is crucial in keeping up with the casing.

The interviewer was friendly he asked me Quantitative questions on a streaming platform, too much math involved. I did not reach the answer though the interviewer tried to help so got the rejection.

The interviewer was friendly he asked me Quantitative questions on a streaming platform, too much math involved. I did not reach the answer though the interviewer tried to help so got the rejection.
I thought I did really well, but they emailed me back in a few hours, rejecting me. This was for the online test before the power day, and they didn't even give me a score.
