I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
There was an initial phone interview and then a power day which consisted of behavioral, culture fit and case interviews. These three separate interviews were each 45 minutes and I did them all virtually.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you had to influence someone to go along with your idea.
I applied through my university database and interviewed on campus. The first round was a case interview with three different sections within the interview. Each section was built on the previous sections and became increasingly more difficult.

Question 1
If we wanted people to scan their license instead of manually filling in their personal data into our online form, how could we go about that?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Oct 2019
Interview
First round interview at my college campus where they asked basic behavioral questions (describe a time you handled 2-3 projects at once, describe a time you collaborated with people of different backgrounds to accomplish a common goal).
Second round interview was a power day at Capital One in Richmond, VA. There are 3 interviews -- case study, behavioral, and job fit. They asked "why Capital One" at the end of one interview and "why the MRP program" at the end of another. The case study was weirdly easy in comparison to other companies. I had no trouble figuring out any problems. The interviewer will even confirm with you if the answer is right or not. It contained all basic math -- only addition and subtraction, one multiplication but they give you a calculator. They will keep probing you for pros / cons of implementing the solution so make sure you practice having several (3-5) pros and cons for your solutions on hand.
