I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
The process was pretty straightforward. 30 minute call with a recruiter, followed by a 'Power Day'. 4 interviews, 2 behavioral and 2 job fit. The behavioral interviews were typical STAR based questions, and the interviewers were nice. The job fit questions didn't seem very representative of the job to me. I didn't receive any feedback afterwards, and instead got a simple, "Morning, they decided to go in another direction" email. Bummer.

I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2021
Interview
They was a quiz, then a mini case, then 2 individual interviews. The recruiter ghosted me at the end and called me 3 weeks later to let me know I didn't get the job. that made the experience really bad as i was fielding other offers.
