Capital One Project Manager interview questions

Capital One has a very streamlined process for the Product Management Interview loop. It is one of those interviews where you need to be very well prepared and its not one of those interviews that you wing. After the initial recruiter screen, a one hour Mini case is set up, where we go through the entire product lifecycle for a capital one application(Capital One Shopping, Auto Navigator, Mobile App). They share a Power Playbook that goes over the math you'd need(profitability, break even, weighted average) and there are samples cases in their Youtube. I used Chatgpt to ask me questions interview style and make it increasingly harder. Practice talking your problem out loud while giving recommendations- that really helps!
