Cargill Associate Engineer interview questions

I talked to a recruiter at a college job fair. Then emailed me a few days later and invited me to a first round interview. My interview took place three days after the career fair and lasted around 30 minutes. I was then told it would be about two months until I hear back for second interviews.

Had an on campus interview which went very well and was called a week later to have an on site interview. Process was fast and not too bad. Traveling to the site was probably the worst aspect. But asked a lot of personality and behavioral questions.
