Cargill interview questions

Two in person interviews with basic questions for determining background and personality. Single person interviewer, no panel interviews. They paid for overnight air travel to and from the interview location.

HR interviews were really good and helpful but i had an online interview with a department manager that was extremely unprofessional and awful. Huh! I have never seen that level of unprofessionalism at such a big company. He asked same question 5 times again and again and again with a different format, finally I stopped him not to ask me same questions… the worst is that he said I passed the interview and everything was really good and he liked it but i got refusal one day later? Come on guys, really?
