Contacted via LinkedIn, initial conversation to go over my background with Talent & Development Manager. I then sent in my CV which she reviewed with the hiring manager, who decided my experience was too marketing focused rather than research.

Telephone interview with the CRM manager. He started with describing the company, It seems like the company is going through some kind of restructure, selling branches of the business and so on. That really ruined the interview and my interest in the position.
