Spoke with HR Manager over a Zoom call. Answered simple behavioral questions and scheduled a second interview with the COO. Questions consisted of my knowledge of Amplitude and explaining what tools I used in previous work experiences. Interview process felt like a conversation. After the interview, they replied within 2 days.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chess.com in Aug 2021
Interview
I had two interviews with Chess.com, one with the HR recruiter and then one with the hiring manager. After the second interview, which I thought went perfectly well, they completely ghosted me and didn't offer any communication. Very unprofessional and a huge red flag.
