Pretty standard 30 minute interview with HR. They asked about my background in social media and what I know about the chess community. I was not asked to do another interview.

Question 1
What experience do you have managing large social media accounts?
Still do not know if I actually interviewed with someone from this company or if it was an elaborate hoax. Went through multiple interviews and then heard nothing ever again. All responses are ignored. Very bad way to do business; no acceptance, no rejection, no closure. If you receive a job invitation from this company through LinkedIn or email, ignore. Not worth the stress.

Question 1
Where I saw myself in 3-5 years and if I like to hop jobs or stick around.
Seemed like a pretty positive and engaging interview process with Aleksandar Srećković. Conversations included salary discussions, follow up emails, etc, and then I was completely ghosted after multiple attempts to close out the interview process properly.
Not landing a job is a part of the game, but being ghosted after being led on is disappointing and unprofessional.
