Reading the history of this company and how it got started is a big plus. They want people who see themselves as part of some fast growing company/family. I went on a group interview and didn't have much experience. Soon they took us on a behind the scenes store to see how we meshed with the workers. and after we left.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle in Apr 2012
Interview
Quick interview between me and the manager that included basic questions about past experiences and challenges. Lasted about 15 minutes and said they would give me a call if I suited the position, turns out I did and got a call later that night telling me that I got the job.

Question 1
What was a challenge you went through in a previous work setting and how did you handle it?
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Tustin, CA) in Feb 2012
Interview
I came in for a job fair that I had heard about from Craigslist. The whole process was fairly short and I was out within 20 minutes. The interview itself was only like 2 minutes and wasn't much of an interview. Basic questions were asked such as "why do you want to work here" and "what do you know about the company". the interviewer said that they will call for a possible second interview with the GM. You don't need to much planning before applying you will probably get a very relaxed interview just have a good time with the interviewer and make conversation.
