I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Houston, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
I tried to reschedule but they wouldn't let me. The lady was mean, she wasn't polite at all (even though i was) and it takes forever for someone to answer the phone so you can follow up
They interviewed at a different location because it was a restaurant opening. They asked me about my current food service experience and how I can be an asset to the team.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Durham, NC)
Interview
I applied online and was emailed about a job fair happening in four days. There were only two of us there for the whole time I was there. I was told to wait in the hallway while they interviewed the person before me. My interview was much shorter than the one before me. I was only asked two questions and it seemed like they were not interested in me, possibly because of my age and experience (they say "no experience preferred" on their website). While I have extensive experience, I was applying as a cook to start at the bottom as they advertise "97% of our managers start out rolling burritos". I told them I had no problem starting at entry level. I received an email three days later saying they were not interested in hiring me.
