I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Nashua, NH) in Mar 2013
Interview
Easy! Ask you the basic interview questions and after dropped some Chipotle information like what they're all about and what them as a fast food company are committed too achieving. Pretty cool stuff!
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Saint Paul, MN) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview was conducted in a few stages, beginning with a group sit-down that lasted about 30 minutes. After that were 2 one-on-one interviews, the second of which ended with meeting the on-duty crew in order to see how I got along with the group in a casual setting. It was pretty low-pressure, but hectic, since these are just part of the workday. Being relaxed and going with the flow is a big plus.
Waited over 30 minutes with 4 other people for a manager to finally come talk to us. Manager asks what we all know about Chipotle. At the end the manager says there's too many people here and says she'll call the rest of us back within the next two hours She literally said the words "I'll call the rest of you back, I promise". No call. She picks two people for round two interviews. One person who said almost nothing in the interview except that they were referred by the interviewer's friend and one person the manager recognized for always being there. Completely unprofessional interview and unqualified interviewer.
