Chipotle Crew interview questions

The interview process was pretty straight forward. There was a short interview with the general manager in person that lasted about an hour. I was told on the spot that i had the job and when to come in for orientation. After receiving an offer for another job, i decided to pass on the opportunity,

A new Chipotle was opening in my area so I went ahead and filled out an application. I heard back from the manager the same day asking for me to come in for an interview. Afterwards they said they would contact me soon. The next day I received a call asking me to return for a second interview. By the third question of the second interview I got offered a job.
