Chipotle Crew Member interview questions

Applied online and interview appointment was setup via their AI system. Next day, got notified interview was canceled as the store was not looking for anyone at the time. Few minutes later, I get a reminder notification about the interview which was supposed to be canceled. I tried asking the AI but it couldn’t confirm as it kept saying it could not answer my question. I called store to confirm but it was very difficult to reach as the automated system kept going in a loop of asking the same questions before finally it transfer me to the store. The employee who answered could not answer my question and told me they would have an answer if I called back in 30 min. Waited 30+ min, called back and went through the ridiculous system again before finally it transfer me. Nobody answered. At this point I gave up on trying to communicate. Couple hours later after my supposed interview time, I get a notification asking how the interview went… I filled out the survey and there is no room for me to put proper input on the experience. The AI and the system in general needs to be fixed as there is too many things that went wrong with the process, it’s very unprofessional and shows how much they don’t care. Very disappointed.
