I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Covina, CA) in Jul 2013
Interview
So I applied at Chipotle and the very next day I got an email for an interview the following week. The day before the interview, I checked online to see if anything had been posted and my job offer status had been put to not selected for employment which I found strange since I had the interview the next day. When I arrived at Chipotle there were about fifteen other people there already. By the time the interviews started there were about twenty of us. They split us up into two groups and we had two people interviewing each group. They sat us down and passed around a clip board for everybody to sign. They then asked questions about the company, like who started it and what else we knew. It was very difficult to answer since everybody would reply at the same time. They then talked about the job offered and about the company. They never took the time to really get to know anybody and they had no way of remembering who was who. My group interview was over in less than twenty minutes. The other group, however, took longer and I believe that those are the people who got the job offers since it seemed like the interviewers took more time with each person. I believe that the people selected for the job had already been chosen prior to the interview which was just a waste of time for the others that had not been selected.

Interview
I was introduced to the General Manager through networking from school, and I filled out an online application and called for an interview. Before the interview, I researched their company a lot, along with me having a great personality I was hired pretty much on the spot, just filled out paperwork.
Now that i work here i learned that there are 13 characteristics Chipotle uses to screen new candidates and we train them up,

Question 1
I've been on several job interviews before so nothing came out of left field. She asked about my experiences, my education, and what i knew about the company. I guess the thing to remember is read the about me section on Chipotle's main page. I'm not sure about other stores, but my GM has that thing memorized and during non- peak hours she always asking us trivia questions about Chipotle.
