I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Englewood, OH) in Mar 2013
Interview
The interview process was probably the best part. I went in for the open interview sometime in mid to late March and interviewed with my manager and the district manager. They were very friendly and the atmosphere was both professional yet conversational. They asked me questions about Chipotle’s history, the Food with Integrity ideal, and general personal questions. I was asked to come back for a second interview in early April and this interview was with several of my coworkers. This was significantly less professional. I often felt like they didn’t know quite what to ask me so they fudged their way through the interview but…at least I got the job. Overall, a sound process.

Question 1
What do you provide that your fellow coworkers don’t already have to offer?
I had an interview after speaking to a manager after applying. When I went to the interview, the person interviewing me seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and just was interviewing me just because I was there. She paused for a while after I answered a question, as if she had to sit and think about what she was going to ask me. Very unprofessional.

Interview
Very easy, I applied and within a couple of days i got a call asking me to come in for the interview. The first interview was a group interview and wasn't that bad. They informed us that they would call to tell us if we got a second interview. 2 hours later they called me and asked me to come in for a second interview.
