I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Boise, ID) in Mar 2013
Interview
My first interview was a group interview. I got a call for a second interview this time it was 1-1. The kitchen manager asked me a few questions and she showed me around the Chipotle. The interview lasted 35 minutes. I taught the interview went really well. We talked a lot. I dressed professionally. Some people weren't even dressed properly for the interview. I got an email saying they didn't chose me! :(
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Aurora, CO) in Jul 2012
Interview
I went to a job fair where I was first interviewed. The interview was avg. The manager who interviewed told me he would call me later on that same day to schedule a second interview. However he did not. I think went another Chipotle fair and was interviewed by the store I'd originally wanted. He asked me about my goals, asked me about what I knew about the company and their goals. He wanted motivated people with the 13 characterstics they promote on their website.
