Interview
They call you within the week after you apply online. Then you have to go through 3 interviews with all the managers in the restaurant. I think 2/3 have to like you for you to get hired?

Interview
I arrived ten minutes early and was told to sit in a booth with two others who were also being interviewed with me. We sat there for about ten minutes as the GM and Assistant manager were having a loud but private conversation where they were joking around and cussing and being extremely unprofessional. Then the assistant asked each of us a few basic questions and said he would let us know. The GM was on her phone texting the whole time and didn't say a word to us.

Interview
I first submitted an online application for crew position. A few days later I received an email from the manager saying that she would like me to meet up with her assistant manager for an interview. When I went I asked to speak with the assistant manager for the interview. I waited about 5 minutes and the restaurant apprentice (I think that was her official position) came out to interview me. It was her first time interviewing so the questions were not too difficult. The interview went ok and she told me they would call in a few days if interested. I waited about a week without hearing from them so I called (around 1:00 pm) and asked to speak with the manager, the person who answered said that they were really busy and to call back later. So I called back around 3:00 and asked to speak with the manager, I waited, and I was the manager left for the day. I asked for the assistant manager and she was gone too.... so I called the next day, same thing happened, the managers were gone for the day (around 3:00). I called a couple days later and same thing... I eventually thought it was pointless trying to call again with such elusive managers, which I find is slightly unprofessional.
