I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Houston, TX) in Jan 2017
Interview
Very Misleading in many ways. Do not fall for them advertising for a General Manager role as from what I gather, they want everyone to start as a staff member and then move up. I am sorry that is misleading, and a complete waste of most professionals time. I have been in Management for more than 25 years and have very good references and a very solid background. When they called, they wanted to do a quick recruiter interview, followed up by a Skype interview and in the interview, they explained, everyone starts out at about $8.50 an hour.
I ended the interview, I was upset with the process, so please do not mislead people with false job impressions. DONT WASTE PEOPLES TIME
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Chipotle (Cleveland, OH) in Jul 2015
Interview
First applied as a multi-unit manager, but was referred to become a general manager. Did one phone interview with the company, referred to a local restaurateur. After passing through the second interview, I was into the final interview on location with the general manager and multi-unit manager. Felt that I was qualified for the position and had interviewed well, however, the other candidate was chosen.
Only downside of it all was the time period. Seemed to take over a month and a half to complete the process and took over three weeks to get a response of whether I was going to be hired on. The whole process can be mentally exhausting to go through.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Palm Beach Gardens, FL) in Mar 2011
Interview
