Interview
The manager sat me down and asked me questions about myself and why I wanted to work for Chipotle. She also asked me what my plans and goals were for the next five years. Then she introduced me to all of the other crew and staff members and said that they all had to approve of me before I could be hired.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
