Interview
I applied online and 2 days later i got an email telling me to come in for an interview the next day. I went in and told one of the crew members i was there for an interview. He gave me a cup for me to drink and told me the manager would be out in a few minutes. She came out and she was very nice. She asked the basic questions. She gave me the job on the spot. Now i am waiting for my background check to come through.
Make sure you do your research on the job. They really want to know if your there for the company or just the money. Also dress nicely and be yourself!
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Explain a time when you handled an upset customer?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
