The interview process was EXCEEDINGLY long. Two phone interviews, two in-person interviews. It seemed that I was repeating the same answers over and over again. Also, several of the in-person questions were inappropriate: asking about my hobbies, my family, things of that nature.

Be prepared to speak entirely about how you and people interact. They care nothing for any of your previous numerical accomplishments, they only care about PEOPLE. Did you promote anyone in your career? Did you help anyone grow? How?

Short Sweet and to the point if that what you wan to call a group interview then two 1:1 interviews and a tour, but in the end very fun and informational with a lot of cool Chipotle history and food facts along with core values and fellowship with your soon to be family, plus a free meal. #WINNING
