Chipotle Crew Member/Cashier interview questions

The process was very brief and easy. They ask you about yourself, what you like to do, what you like about chipotle. You have 3 different interviews. They explain Chipotle's standards and what makes them different when it comes to fast food. They explain top performers, where Chipotle gets their food, how they get their food and why they choose the people thy purchase their food from.

I applied online and got a email a few days later saying they would like to meet with me. When I got there it was about 10 people in front of me already there. So after about 15 minutes or so they passed a paper around having everybody signing their names. They then started picking groups 5 at a time. (It was almost 40-50 people there.) There were 2 women that interview us and they seem very unprofessional. Stopping and talking to other people, laughing and giggling with one another. They we're really nice but one of the employees was very stuck up. We were told that if we got the position we will get a call later that day.
