I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY) in Apr 2013
Interview
Was very laid back and casual. It felt like you were just having a conversation with the manager. He was very kind and did not pressure me into expanding on my answers. I wore a suit for the interview, but most people just wore chinos and a nice button down shirt.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Fallbrook, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
very detailed and thorough 3 interview process. First was a group which threw me off, but I made sure to look up about Chipotle and who the CEO was. Second was at a different Chipotle and crew members interviewed us. Third was back at my city, and it was to introduce apprentice and the vision.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
The hiring manager was laid back and professional; i recommend that you dress for the job appropriately(jeans and polo shirt). She only asked about 4 or 5 questions. Make sure you have questions prepared to ask at the end as it makes you seem professional and genuinely curious about the company.
