Chipotle Restaurant Team Member - Crew interview questions

It was a pretty easy interview. Basic questions such as 'why would you like to work here' and such. Two of the team members interviewed me and 2 weeks later I was called in for a second interview.

The interviewer asks a few questions about you then starts inquiring about expectations and why Chipotle specifically. Depending on location and their need for employees, they will either hire right away or ask you to come for another interview.
