Quick process. The interview was simple. They didn’t ask too many questions, mostly availability, desired shift, and why you want to work for them. I had my second interview right after the initial one. That one mostly reviewed answers from the initial interview plus “why do you want to work here” kind of question. Overall, it was about a 10 minute process.
Once you have a scheduled interview time, you go into the store and sit down with a manager to discuss the role and how well you fit the position. They can provide an offer on the spot or send you an email later about acceptance.

How would/have you dealt with a difficult customer or situation?
The interview process was with a group of applicants. It was a group of applicants and the interviewer was the manager. They asked all of us to introduce ourselves. They then talked about the company history, mission, expectations, and went over what the job responsibilities were. After getting to know the manager, they opened up the floor for any questions.
