Chipotle interview questions

Quick and easy interview process. The manager asked about my background in the customer service industry and evaluated my math and communication skills. Showed me aeound the restaurant. Very straight forward process through and through!

I had an initial HR screen with a recruiter for the Brand Manager role. The conversation was about 30 minutes. Standard topics like the overview of Chipotle’s organization, the team structure, and what the brand manager role would focus on. From there, they asked a few standard questions about my background. Seems like the role paid well but am still seeing months later that the role has not been filled
