Chipotle Crew Member (Front Line) interview questions

I applied online because they were about to have a career day hiring spree on September 9th, however I got an email stating there will be a group interview 3 days after I applied. So I went into the group interview and guessed there was about 30 people there and all broke into separate groups of 3. All people had to answer each questions individually which took almost 40 minutes for the interview to finish. The GM said they will call everyone by the weekend for 2nd interview. However the weekend has passed and no calls so I followed up and the GM said he will call by Wednesday; still no call. So after 1 and a half week of following up, another manager decided to give me the 2nd interview with a girl and a tour of the kitchen. All the staff were very friendly and I did well answering everyone's questions. They told me they will call me 2 days later, however I was told the GM has found someone else and decided to pass me on

You get interviewed by all of the other crew members working when you come in. The last person to talk to you is usually one of the managers. This is when they offered me a job. The whole interview took an hour and a half.
