I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Sandusky, OH) in Oct 2015
Interview
For me, there was a three-step interview process. First was with the assistant manager to have them see if i was a good person for the position, then with general manager if passed to ask more serious questions; then a crew meeting will be arranged to begin knowing your coworkers & getting a feel for the environment.

Interview
I interviewed with Chipotle in the spring of 2015. I arrived at the store promptly for my 3pm interview. The interviewer seemed to be an honorable man and was incredibly polite. Upon completing the interview he gave me a free bag of chips and told me to never give up on my dreams.
