Chipotle Crew Member/Grill Cook interview questions

Interview went smoothly and quick, took about 5 mins for the whole thing. Asked about myself, why I chose chipotle, what I did as a hobby, my strengths/ weaknesses and what was my availability

Very quick interview, as I had gotten a referral from one of my friends who had worked there for a long time. The main issue that I experienced was actually getting started after the job because the management was unprofessional.
