Chipotle Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

The interview process was very simple and direct, not to mention relatively quick as it took around ten to maybe fifteen minutes for the interview. I also heard back within a couple of hours. An overall good experience.

Group interview - they look for the 13 characteristics, all of which cannot be taught and want to see if you fit in with the group - I did talk with the general manager and apprentice at the time for a short while. Majority of the interview was with the crew members/your peers
