Chipotle interview questions

It was swift and easy. No hard questions and a lot of questions asking me about my life and my work process. If I work well with others or not. If I can stay under pressure.

The interview was pretty straightforward and casual. I first had a quick phone screening where they asked about my availability and interest in the role. Then, I went in for an in-person interview at the store. The manager was friendly and asked questions about my experience, how I’d handle busy rushes, and working as part of a team. It felt more like a conversation, and they really emphasized customer service and teamwork. Overall, it was a smooth and easy process.
