Chipotle interview questions

I was able to interview at a new store and happen to have all the top managers around. Therefore my questions were valid and raised there interest in me. My favorite question is “ What is your biggest concern with your store?” Gives you a clear path of opportunity to fill that void.

Was very nice and got straight to the point. Though the table we were seared at was a bit dirty. Overall the process was ok, good enough for a fast food position.
