I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Rowland Heights, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
After applying online, I received an email saying that I had an interview about 3 days from then. I went to the interview and when i arrived there, me along with about 6 other people went through a group interview being asked standard questions. I then got a second interview which happened to be another group interview but with only 2 more people, and the last interview was ANOTHER group interview with about 4 other people. The fact that I had to go through 3 group interviews and study packets they gave me for the interviews made me think that they're doing a little too much as for a fast food restaurant goes. I guess they really want people that look dedicated and willing to go the extra mile.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Champaign, IL) in Aug 2013
Interview
The interview process consists of three interview-two with store managers, and the last with crew members. The overall process is not difficult, as most managers are very easy-going. It is very important to know information about the company before the interview, especially Chipotle's Food with Integrity Campaign.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY)
Interview
I walked in, they gave me a free cup to fill, and told me to wait. it was only about a five minute wait, when the hiring manager and who i guess was a manager came to interview me. it was short and easy, mostly personal questions like "what do you want to be when you grow up?" but also a couple along the lines of "why do you want to work for us?" I studied a lot the night before, based on what others said i would need to. that studying didn't really do anything. they said they'd call back by the next friday whether i got the job or not.
