Chipotle interview questions

It was okay in the sense that the environment was friendly but in my personal opinion, their friendly younger attitude has cons. In example, the person interviewing the group I was in practically already gave a job to one of the girls there in front of us.

Applied online, and got call the next day and scheduled first interview a week later. First interview was scheduled with a crew leader but she forgot about me being scheduled in and they had to find someone else. It was a very short interview. After that interview I was asked for a second interview that week with the manager. It was very similar to my first interview. After my second interview I was invited for a third interview to meet with crew members. I was asked to come in the morning and waited over half an hour to finally talk to anyone and was there for over 2 hours, part of the time just waiting until the manager finally said I could go, and that he would call me shortly after talking to the crew really quick. After not hearing back I called back and they gave a later time the manager would call me. Once again, no call.
