Interview
Applied late April for a new Chipotle opening in our local mall. Heard back 4 days later asking me to go in for an interview. Since Chipotle opens at 11am, the only people there during my interview were two interviewers, interviewees and crew members prepping for the day. The first interview was a large group interview so I made sure to sit up front and made sure to ask questions so I wouldn't get lost in the crowd. They said we would hear back the same day if we got a second interview. No call, no email so I assumed no job. But 2 days later I received a call around 9am asking to come in at 1pm for a second interview. I went in and this time the restaurant was open and I waited for an hour before I got to tour the kitchen. There I met the GM and had a spot on interview in the middle of the kitchen all while he was chopping tomatoes. After, I waited while they deliberated. 5 min later, I was escorted outside to talk to another GM who said everyone really liked me and we processed all my information/background check requests. Just be sure to research (13 characteristics/Steve Ells/Food with Integrity) and be friendly! Show you care. Don't be rude to other applicants or "one up them". You are constantly being observed (plus they might be your potential co-worker as well). They look for genuinely kind and enthusiastic people. Really simple. But they'll see right through you if you're not genuine. Great people and GMs.

Interview
Was an easy group interview. The company called me for a second interview and kept talking not telling me I already had the job. They hire anyone because they need bodies. Their turn over rate is way too high. I interviewed with dumb people one barely spoke English and they called 2 of us back. We were both hired later, and both ended up quitting eventually.

Interview
Got an email about a job fair. It was a group interview. The interviewer stood up and did not sit down and only asked two questions and talked throughout. Waited almost 15 minutes for the manager and the interview last 15 minutes.
