I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY)
Interview
I was interviewed with about 4 other people. Overall everything went well, the GM and the apprentice made us feel welcomed and it didn't feel like a waste of time. One thing you should really be able to answer is "what do you know about chipotle?" We were asked that question and literally no one said anything, so I stepped in and told them the history of chipotle which really impressed the GM. We didn't get an offer because we applied for a new store which isn't opening till April.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Whittier, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
So before my Chipotle interview, I went on this website and got myself prepared for it.
When I got to the interview, it turned out to be a group interview.
I answered the questions better than the other 2 candidates (they were clueless)
She only asked us only 3 questions & the rest she talked about Chipotle and what it stands for.
She was really chill (the interviewer) but honestly they don't care about your answers, its all about personality & looks.
So when you walk into the store, smile & greet the girl at the register & any of the workers bc the workers get to pick who gets hired and who doesn't!!! And also be outgoing.
Also, it's a 3 part interview. I only got to the first one.

Interview
Very easy. They take you around the kitchen and the serving area and introduce you to other crew members; each crew member is supposed to ask you questions about yourself. Then, after the interview they all talk about how each person's experience with you was.
