I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Lodi, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Applied online and was called two days later. Interview was scheduled for three days later, followed by a second interview three more days later. The first interview was like most others, but the second is where they shined. They gave me a glimpse of what it's like to work at the company. They introduced me to the whole crew, showed me their facilities, and explained to me all the jobs and what a typical day entails, upon which time I was offered a position starting at $9.50/hr pending a background check. Altogether, it was an eight day process.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Athens, OH) in Jul 2014
Interview
I was called in for an interview. The interview ended up being a group interview. It was very straight forward. The interview process lasted for about 15 min. Be prepared to tell them what "food with integrity" means!
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Pueblo, CO) in Jan 2015
Interview
After applying online, it took maybe 2 hours for them to email me telling me I had an interview. We set it up for 2 days from then. I showed up to a group interview, and after 2 minutes I immediately knew who the manager was interested in. Basic pretty girl with cleavage. Another applicant mentioned it to me after the interview as well. All attention was on her, no one else. Shame. I would've loved to work here.
