The interview process to be a crew member at Chipotle took two steps for me. They called me in for an interview after month from applying online then they called me in for a final interview a week after.

Typical interview with behavioral questions regarding how you’d handle typical situations. Also, she went over previous work history and background. She also talked about the job requirements and wanted to know if I thought I could execute the job as required.
