Interview
I applied online to a location that was just opening up. Within the month, I had received an email with an interview time and location. It was a hotel conference room where there were about 6-7 managers, supervisors, and restaurateurs present. I had the job within 10 minutes. All of us chosen then began training for a couple of weeks under the management there. While undergoing training, we watched videos on the history and on-going growth of the chain, as well as learning where the food came from.

Interview
Group interveiw. wrote our names and number on a piece of paper, she asked five simple interveiw questions. I was the only one who knew history of the company and asked questions trying to be engaged in conversation. I was being very positive and "upbeat". She said she would check our application for availability, and we would get a call if we got it and a email if we didn't get it. I was emailed 3 hours later that I didn't get the job. I'm only 16 and I'm assuming it's because I'm not available enough. So just make sure you have a good attitude and be very available.

Question 1
What do you know about chipotle?
How would your friends describe you in on word?
Group interview was easy and fast. Sadly it was too quick, especially since it was a group interview. The management wasnt asking many questions, he mostly talked about the company and himself. It was the typical easy questions so you shouldnt worry, mostly just do research on the company.Ask questions. Also multiple interviews are likely to happen.
