I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2013
Interview
This interview was actually based on the new restaurant they were opening 'ShopHouse Kitchen'. Basically, Chipotle hired outside employees and 1 manager to run the restaurant.
It was a group interview and we had to wait outside the construction area until everyone showed up. We then were sent to a nearby seating area and got interviewed. One guy did more talking than the manager itself. It was okay I guess. They don't hire anyone who is under 18.
And you really have to do research about the company and prefer no experience employees.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle in Jul 2010
Interview
Went for one interview. Got hired on the spa..they always need help and don't get too picky when it comes to hired. Just smile and you got it. However they fired very easy.

Applied to a new restaurant being opened. Within a week I was called for an interview. Sat down with the gm after five minutes of telling about myself and my experiences she told me to come back in for a second interview. The second interview was 2 days later. Group interview 2 other girls and 4 other crew members from other stores. Round table questions from each crew member. Got a call a few hours later saying I was offered the poison.
