I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Roseville, CA) in Feb 2014
Interview
Received a phone call for an interview and was also informed that it will be of the group premise. Initially, I was told there would be around 4 other interviewees attending, however more showed up the longer we've waited. The environment was generally boisterous. Crew members of the morning shift didn't seem particularly mindful that an interview was taking place. On top of that, the music was blaring to the point where we were forced to speak up in order to be heard over it. The manager asked basic questions which helped participants divulge information about their general history. Other questions involved why we would like to work at Chipotle, whether or not we had work experience, our availability, and so forth. The interview lasted for about 20 minutes. After that, we were dismissed.

Question 1
All the questions were simple enough to respond to easily. But, it never hurts to prepare beforehand by rehearsing possible answers.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chipotle
Interview
Called within a day of sending in my online application, had two separate group interviews. Group interviews asked about food with integrity, Chipotle itself, etc. Looks like they're looking for a genuine interest in working up the ladder at Chipotle. The managers are extremely nice though, offered me a water cup while I waited to be interviewed.

Question 1
What is something you'd like to improve about yourself?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Spokane, WA) in Jul 2014
Interview
The whole process seemed unorganized, and a little excessive for a fast food restaurant. It took 33 days from the time my application confirmation arrived to the e-mail invitation to an interview. They do not disclose the fact it will be a group interview, or inform you how many positions are available to fill. The manager met my group (of 6) 10-15 minutes later then the stated time, and took us outside in 89F to commence the interview. Literally one question was asked: "Introduce yourselves, tell us about what you like to do for fun, and oh by the way, why you're interested in Chipotle." We went around the table with answers then the rest of the time the manager talked about the company, himself, and hiring policies. He said he would look at our applications after this interview to check availability (ummm, shouldn't this have been done first--like during the 4+ weeks between my application and interview??!) and call us probably tomorrow for a 2nd interview. Despite answering the only question well, two and a half hours post-interview I got an e-mail rejecting me. So I assume something on my application immediately disqualified me--something that should have been checked prior to wasting my time!

Question 1
Just a basic introduction--but remember to bring in info about the company in your answer!
