Chipotle interview questions

There were 2 interviews with the assistant managers. After those two interviews the store manager interviews you and make a final decision. It was fairly simple. You should come in knowing some info about the company since it is different from other fast casual chains.

Applied 5/7, Interview requested 5/12, Interviewed 5/19. Group interview of 4. Asked about self, experience, availability, and knowledge of Chipotle. Standard interview questions. Hiring manager was putting stars next to names and put a star next to my name. Release two of the candidates and asked me & another one to stay, explained next step which is the interview w/ all managers. Wish me luck!
