I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Durham, NC)
Interview
I applied online and was emailed about a job fair happening in four days. There were only two of us there for the whole time I was there. I was told to wait in the hallway while they interviewed the person before me. My interview was much shorter than the one before me. I was only asked two questions and it seemed like they were not interested in me, possibly because of my age and experience (they say "no experience preferred" on their website). While I have extensive experience, I was applying as a cook to start at the bottom as they advertise "97% of our managers start out rolling burritos". I told them I had no problem starting at entry level. I received an email three days later saying they were not interested in hiring me.

2-Why do you want to work at Chipotle?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Oxford, OH) in Aug 2010
Interview
They have open interviews usually. I came in a few times after submitting an application online to check on my application and see if there was anything else I needed to do. They interviewed me on the spot, then asked me to come in a couple days later for another interview (which was basically the same thing). It wasn't difficult or unexpected and I knew what I was getting myself into.
