Interview
I applied online and got a call for an group interview three weeks later.Sadly I didn't get the job due to my age,you have to be 18 or older to work at Chipotle because they serve alcohol. But they allowed me to stay, just to see how everything works. My advice is to know about Chipotle they will ask you about their history. The questions were really simple, you just have to know about the company

Question 1
Why do you want to work here? What do you know about Chipotle?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Covina, CA) in Jul 2013
Interview
So I applied at Chipotle and the very next day I got an email for an interview the following week. The day before the interview, I checked online to see if anything had been posted and my job offer status had been put to not selected for employment which I found strange since I had the interview the next day. When I arrived at Chipotle there were about fifteen other people there already. By the time the interviews started there were about twenty of us. They split us up into two groups and we had two people interviewing each group. They sat us down and passed around a clip board for everybody to sign. They then asked questions about the company, like who started it and what else we knew. It was very difficult to answer since everybody would reply at the same time. They then talked about the job offered and about the company. They never took the time to really get to know anybody and they had no way of remembering who was who. My group interview was over in less than twenty minutes. The other group, however, took longer and I believe that those are the people who got the job offers since it seemed like the interviewers took more time with each person. I believe that the people selected for the job had already been chosen prior to the interview which was just a waste of time for the others that had not been selected.

They only asked a few simple questions. None were too hard.
